The Volunteer Coordinator builds Civic Bridgers' capacity to recruit, prepare, deploy, communicate with, and retain a diverse statewide network of volunteers across all ages supporting America's Future Summit and its year-round activities. This role expands Civic Bridgers' ability to connect youth (particularly youth from low-income communities) with the relationships, expertise, institutional connections, and resources that make meaningful participation and post-Summit implementation possible.

The Youth Outreach Associate builds Civic Bridgers' capacity to recruit and engage a socioeconomically diverse statewide cohort of Minnesota teens for America's Future Summit, with particular emphasis on creating sustainable pathways for participation by youth from low-income communities and students who face economic, geographic, transportation, informational, or institutional barriers to enrichment and civic-leadership opportunities.

The Youth Engagement Coordinator builds Civic Bridgers' organizational capacity to incorporate youth voice into America's Future Summit and sustain youth-led bridge-building innovations beyond the two-day event.

The member will develop the systems through which a socioeconomically diverse Youth Advisory group can inform program design, establish communications infrastructure connecting young people to opportunities and resources, and create a sustainable post-Summit implementation framework through which participating teams can access community partners, technical assistance, information, and other resources needed to advance their ideas.
